2. Travel & Transport Assistance

Safe, reliable, and friendly transport to help participants access:

• Medical appointments and therapies
• School, education, and training
• Work placements, volunteering, or day programs
• Social, cultural, and community events

Flexible scheduling to suit individual routines.

3. Daily Living & Life Skills

We support participants to build independence in everyday tasks:

• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Budgeting, shopping, and managing money
• Communication and social skills
• Personal organisation and routines
• Household management and planning

4. Personal Care

Respectful, discreet, and dignified assistance with personal activities:

• Showering, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Toileting and continence care
• Eating and drinking assistance
• Medication prompting or administration (as required)
• Overnight or high-intensity support where needed

5. Complex & High-Care Supports

Specialised care for higher or more complex needs, with trained and qualified staff:

• Assistance with mobility and transfers (hoists, aids, equipment)
• Management of complex health needs under nursing oversight
• High-intensity personal activities

6. Community Access & Social Participation

We support participants to be engaged and active in their communities by:

• Attending local groups, clubs, and events
• Building friendships and social networks
• Accessing recreation, hobbies, and sports
• Participating in cultural, educational, and volunteering activities

7. Domestic Assistance

Help with household tasks for a safe, comfortable, healthy home:

• General cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, vacuuming, dusting)
• Laundry and linen changing
• Meal preparation and organisation
• Household organisation and tidying

8. Home & Garden Maintenance

To keep homes safe and accessible, we provide:

• Lawn mowing and edging
• Garden tidying, pruning, and green waste removal
• Minor home maintenance (within NDIS guidelines)
• Seasonal care to maintain a safe outdoor environment

9. Registered Nurse (RN) Services

Our Registered Nurse leads and oversees participant care, ensuring quality, safety, and clinical compliance:

• Nursing assessments and health care plans
• Medication administration and reviews
• Wound and pressure injury care
• Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, respiratory care)
• Health education for participants and families

10. Paediatric Nurse Key Worker

A Paediatric Nurse as Key Worker brings clinical expertise and developmental knowledge to coordinate your child's care:

• Central point of contact, building trusting family relationships
• Coordinate therapies (OT, speech, physio, psychology) and liaise with healthcare teams
• Monitor health, growth, and developmental milestones
• Expertise for complex care (tube feeding, medication, seizures, respiratory)
• Educate families and build skills for child independence
• Advocate with providers, schools, and medical teams
